Inspire Health Club is proud to be based within the world-class National Badminton Centre (NBC) in Milton Keynes — the home of English badminton and the training base for many of the nation’s elite and potential Olympic athletes.

While the NBC is synonymous with sporting excellence, Inspire Health Club membership is not about badminton alone. Our state-of-the-art gyms, dedicated group exercise studios, luxurious changing facilities with saunas, and welcoming café lounge are open to everyone. Whether you’re here to build fitness, unwind in the sauna, or work remotely in our stylish lounge, you’ll be part of a supportive local community in an inspiring environment.
